The programme is designed to use minimal equipment. Basic gym equipment like barbells, dumbbells, benches and resistance bands.
For off-feet conditioning a bike is preferred.
The programme is primarily designed for those with some training experience but beginners can certainly benefit from it. The main thing here is making sure you’re confident with the key movement patterns. I’d always recommend training with an in-person coach to learn the fundamental exercises and techniques before moving into a programme on your own.
If you have an injury or health-related issue, it's crucial to consult with a physio or healthcare professional before starting any exercise program. Always prioritise your safety and seek professional advice if needed.
The results vary from person to person, depending on individual goals, effort, and consistency. If you stick to the programme each week you will experience improvements in strength, power, speed and overall fitness. Your results will be a reflection of how consistently and diligently you’ve done the work!
